Donovan Refuses to Apologize Again

Dr. Powell, FYI, [Ethics] Professor Donovan again refused last evening to give my family and me an apology at City Council.

As the hushed room watched and listened to the ticking of the time clock ... for :40 seconds ... Professor Donovan surfed the web on the laptop in front of him, as if he were lolling in his living room, and had nothing to say.

I'm looking forward to hearing from Cedar Crest legal counsel next week.
