Readers, not surprisingly, the IP address spotted stalking LVS for facts most obsessively/compulsively these days is "LehighCounty.org" and these folks would of course include DA Jim Martin, "Executive Aide" (wink wink) Debbie Garlicki, County Executive (for now) Don Cunning-Ham, DA Jim Martin shield/sycophant/notary Merrily Starkey, Detective Dennis Steckel, and Chief Deputy DA Dog Renee Smith among others (e.g., judges McGinley, and Reibman).

Villas, I found it interesting (and curious) in today's "newspaper" story by Tim Darragh on St. Luke's Hospital's ongoing vendetta against grieving families that these 3 highly relevant points were skillfully omitted from Darragh's election year (for Jim Martin) damage-control/vote-pandering article:
1. The law firm representing St. Luke's Hospital in their vicious attack against grieving families is curiously not named (is it Gross McGinley?)
2. No mention of Judge Edward Reibman's Jim Martin-friendly court order blocking grieving families from finding out if Charles Cullen murdered their relatives at St. Luke's.
3. No mention of the highly curious fact that DA Jim Martin did not file any criminal charges against Charles Cullen in Lehigh County (Cullen had worked at 5 Lehigh County healthcare places including St. Luke's) b/c he couldn't find any evidence of wrongdoing by Cullen-- one of the most prolific serial killers in U.S. history.
May I (humbly) suggest a "phone call, outgoing" to Tim Darragh ...

1. The law firm representing St. Luke's is Blank Rome. Tim retrieved this info for me from his notes rather quickly but opted (for reasons not explained) to not publish it in the "newspaper" today.
2. Tim Darragh seemed to either draw a complete blank on the Jim Martin/Judge Reibman quashing order against grieving families ... or ... possibly he just did not want to discuss it. There was a long (and unexplained) silence on this question.
3. Tim Darragh thought it wasn't relevant to cover "DA Jim Martin not being able to discover any wrongdoing by Charles Cullen" in a story about St. Luke's counter-suing grieving families for having tried to discover wrongdoing by Charles Cullen. Go figure.
At this juncture in our frigid conversation, Tim Darragh stated he would discuss this issue no further w/ me, because in the past I have "mis-used statements" from him. When I asked for an example, he refused to give me one.
Readers, the only statement from Tim Darragh I have ever "used" (and never "mis-used") is a statement Tim Darragh gave me after hearing me out on the phone (for over 2 hours) on DA Jim Martin's highly suspect (and Morning Call-complicit) night-before-trial resolution on the Chris Squires DUI Homicide case.
Tim Darragh's statement to me was:
"I believe you're raising excellent questions on this case that deserve to be answered."
