Here's the deal.

Sheena Villa's remorseless, malice-sodden killer Robert LaBarre [Criminal Docket] was released from State Prison recently after serving just 5.5 years for killing Sheena [watch video]. LaBarre will be on parole for the balance of his 12 year sentence, until February 2, 2019.

Apparently moved by both the persuasive efforts of the Office of the Victim Advocate in Harrisburg and my input on why LaBarre should remain in State Prison until 2019, the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole made sure the jail cell door swung and hit Robert LaBarre's ass real hard on his way out of prison.

Among the numerous pages of heavy parole restrictions on Robert LaBarre, in force until February 2, 2019, this one is our favorite:

YOU SHALL NOT RESIDE, WORK OR TRAVEL THROUGH THE WESTERN PART OF ALLENTOWN, PA, FROM NINTH STREET ON THE EAST, TO INTERSTATE 78 ON THE SOUTH, TO ROUTE 22 ON THE NORTH, TO THE TURNPIKE (476) ON THE WEST. THE AREA IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL OF THESE ROAD SYSTEMS IS TO BE OFF LIMITS TO THE OFFENDER--MANDATORY. 

And this is where you come in, loyal LVS reader.

Capture Robert LaBarre on film or video doing anything in his restricted geography and we'll insist that he's sent back to State Prison.

 Capture Robert LaBarre driving (he won't have a valid driver's license for quite some time) for extra credit and a likely more immediate return to State Prison.

And for the grand slammer, capture Robert LaBarre driving drunk for his guaranteed return to State Prison for a long, long time.

Don't harass him, and don't go looking for Robert LaBarre outside the restricted geography.

But if you witness Robert LaBarre driving, or driving drunk, or drinking alcohol (prohibited), definitely film that anywhere you see it.

And again, capturing Robert LaBarre doing anything in the restricted geography, scores.

Nothing will bring back Sheena Villa.

But sending Robert LaBarre back to State Prison is very doable and only a matter of time really.

Let's capture Robert LaBarre on film or video and get him another 5 years in State Prison.

Ten years behind bars would be the appropriate justice for the crime Robert LaBarre committed against Sheena Villa but was never charged with, third degree murder.

UpDate 10/27/12: Robert LaBarre's legal team at Gross McGinley is trying real hard to get their pal Lehigh County Judge Robert Steinberg to ignore the PA Superior Court's 2008 ruling that Robert LaBarre must reimburse Sheena's mother and me for Sheena's deathbed hospital bill that we had to pay. Crony-crooked Judge Steinberg could have thrown Gross McGinley attorney Pat Reilly's shamefully meritless argument out of court on Oct 22, 2012 but instead pontificated from the bench that he'd "take it under advisement" and rule on it "some time in the future." Team LaBarre/DA Jim Martin/Morning Call/Gross McGinley is trying to stick Sheena's mother and me with the hospital bill that Robert LaBarre created when he killed Sheena. No doubt this is their way of punishing me for my sin of speaking out and exposing Lehigh County's crooked crony cabal for what it is. We will of course fight this, hopefully beat them all, again, and continue chasing them all to the gates of hell. 

If you'd like to help, call Lehigh County Court Administration at 610.782.3014, ask for Judge Steinberg's office, and then leave Judge Steinberg a message saying, "MAKE ROBERT LABARRE PAY BACK SHEENA'S PARENTS AS THE PA SUPERIOR COURT HAS MANDATED HIM TO DO."
