FYI, if you go cruising and looking for "w/ " (which is fun and easy via your computer's "find" function) something you'll notice is that hardly anybody else uses it. It is a VERY distinctive (and tell tale) troll fingerprint. We found only one other blogger who uses "w/ ", and this person uses it very infrequently (we could find only 2 usages).
Only O'Hare, The Banker, the Tool character, KathyD, and numerous suspect anons use it liberally and frequently ... although this may abruptly cease, now :)

Bill, as we’ve seen three {3} drunk drivers kill someone and get off w/ a slap on the wrist in Lehigh County {all since Sheena was killed so tragically} I am prouder than ever to be a member of "Sheena’s squad." Martin obviously sees drunk driving {even when someone is killed} like a parking ticket that can be fixed for friends and is w/ regularly. How many more drunk driving deaths aren’t even covered by "Jim's squad" at The Morning Call?
My guess is that somewhere... deep down in there... there is a guy with a conscience. A guy who finds it difficult to prosecute someone to the fullest extent of the law for something he might often do himself. If he was ever pulled over for it, I am sure he carries plenty of... um, weight, to have it go away. But then again, the taxpayers might be paying for him to be driven around with a martini in his hand. All speculation of course. Call it a feeling perhaps.

Earlier, anon 10:59 observed, much to our delight, that Mrs. Dottie and I are like the “Penn & Teller” of blogging who expose hidden-agenda bloggers like O’Hare & Molovinsky and show you how they do their blog “tricks.”
Well, ladies & gentlemen, for our “2nd set” here, we’d like to reveal to you how Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin fixes DUI homicide cases-- at least one of the ways that we know of, having experienced it first-hand w/ Jumbo Jimbo.
Fortunately for us, we foiled Jim’s case fix efforts. More on that later, but here’s how DA Jim Martin fixes DUI Homicide cases:
1. He waits for a trial date to be set by the court for the homicidal drunk driver criminal defendant who is oftentimes the offspring or close relative of a drinking buddy/reelection campaign contributor.
Note: in our case, the trial start date for Sheena’s well-connected killer was set for February 12, 2007.
2. He then cuts a secret plea deal w/ his drinking buddy’s criminal offspring and doesn’t breathe a word of this to the DUI homicide victim’s grief-stricken family.
3. He then secretly changes the trial start date, to a guilty plea hearing court date, and secretly moves the court date up-- and again, he does not breathe a word of any of this to the victim’s family.
Note: In Sheena’s case, on January 17, 2007, DA Jim Martin secretly changed, and moved, our trial start date of FEB 12, to a guilty plea hearing court date of FEB 2, and never breathed a word of any of this to Sheena’s grief-stricken family. More on this later.
4. With the DUI homicide victim’s family not present in court for the guilty plea hearing (because oopsie, the DA’s office, um, “forgot” (wink wink) to inform them of the court date and procedural change), DA Martin’s office can tell the judge anything it wants. And what they say … usually goes something … like this ...
“Your Honor, the prosecution is withdrawing the major charge in this case as part of a plea deal that the dead person’s grief-stricken family is totally and completely and w/ out any reservations whatsoever absolutely on board w/ (wink wink), honest.
Note: This is, of course, a lie as huge and as shameful as Jim Martin’s ass.
5. The victim’s family, however, IS NOT THERE IN COURTROOM TO REFUTE THE LIE (Jim’s a genius, eh?) and it’s not the judge’s job to determine if the DA is lying about the victim’s family being “on board” (wink wink) with the guilty plea deal.
6. And so abracadabra! The offspring of Martin’s drinking buddy gets off easy as pie and the grief-stricken family gets ROBBED & RAPED AGAIN, only this time by someone they had been trusting: i.e., the County’s Top Law Enforcement official, James B. Martin.
7. If/When the DUI homicide victim’s grief-stricken family cries (literally) FOUL!!!!
Martin merely tells them they “misunderstood” the court proceedings and if they want to get a lawyer and complain, well go right ahead, because it will be their word against His.
8. Case Closed, w/ The Morning Call looking the other way and steadfastly refusing to meet w/ anyone who has “excellent questions that deserve to be answered” regarding how DA Jim Martin’s office “handles” select/connected DUI homicide cases.

In late January 2007, I got a phone call (no caller I.D.) from a woman who told me that the scheduled trial start date for Sheena’s killer (FEB 12) had been changed to a guilty plea hearing court date … and that this guilty plea hearing court date had been secretly MOVED UP 10 DAYS to FEB 2.
Jim Martin’s office never breathed a word of this to us in advance of FEB 2. But when Sheena’s family, and dozens of Sheena Squad members, unexpectedly (oopsie) showed up in court on FEB 2 for the guilty plea hearing, Jim Martin was forced to keep all the major charges “in play.” That is, he couldn’t tell the judge to dismiss any significant charges, because Sheena’s many supporters and family in attendance would have screamed bloody fuckin’ murder.
Readers, I’ll go to my grave knowing exactly what Jim Martin would have pulled, and what he would have gotten away w/ , had we not been there in court on FEB 2, 2007.

In September of that same year, 2007, DA Jim Martin repeated the exact scenario I’ve described above in another DUI homicide case—i.e., he cut a plea deal the victim’s grieving family was on record as being against … and he changed a trial start date, to a guilty plea hearing court date, w/ no advance notification to the grieving family, who was not in attendance in court for the guilty plea hearing to refute their alleged “agreement” (according to Martin’s office) w/ the terms of the plea deal, which included a dropping of 9 of the 14 charges (yep), including the major charge.
Note: In this case, incredibly, the homicidal drunk driver criminal defendant had actually received a second DUI, after having already killed someone while driving drunk. And Jim Martin still dropped 9 of the 14 charges, including the “big one,” in direct opposition to this grieving family’s stated position on any plea deal.
Unfortunately, in this case, the grief-stricken family did not have the good fortune of receiving an anonymous phone call, tipping them off as to how DA Jim Martin handles select/connected DUI homicide cases.
Ladies & Gentlemen, in Lehigh County, w/ out a guardian angel/anonymous informer pulling for you, you may not get any justice out of DA Jim Martin.
Just so you know, and can keep top of mind, the next time Jimbo runs (unopposed) for reelection again, all too soon.

Hidden-Agenda bloggers like Bernie O'Hare and Mike Molovinsky think nothing of trumping up "stories" like "Pay To Play Pawlowski," w/ nothing hard to go on except the axe they are grinding. And they then get highly indignant if anyone challenges them.
But when I put forth my first-hand, and very reasonable concerns about DA Jim Martin, and The Morning Call, they put up a blog, The Troll Parade, to defend Martin & Kranzley ... and The Morning Call selects/honors/rewards them w/ inclusion as "Blogger Tuesday at The Morning Call" bloggers.

A perfect example of how MM never lets the facts get in the way: Those greedy union workers at Tama were making $18 an hour and still wanted more, he writes. Ooops, it was only $10. When caught in a lie, he weasles: Well, my point concerns union cards, not wages (even though the wage issue was the lead argument of his article). What an ass. And what sloppy journalism by the MC to allow this crap to be published on its editorial page.
"They must be stopped," you can count on that; LVS is all over it.
It is our observation that it's not unusual for Mike "3%" Molovinsky's blog rants to be 100% Fact-Free.
And agreed that it IS rather shocking that the typically 50% Fact-Free Morning Call would allow MM's totally fact-free slop on its editorial page.
In a related note, someone at the Forum questioned why Mike's address on his Forum comments said "Brantford, Canada."
Mike explained at LV Ramblings: it seems he sometimes piggy-backs onto (a.k.a. STEALS) his neighbor's wireless internet service because his nostalgic dial-up service is "too slow."

At his blog, Mike Molovinsky regularly allows "people" to post smear/bash comments about the Chen Arts group, and The Villas, that Mike knows are > false.
For example, that Angie Villa is a "grant-seeking Stepford wife" who is looking to parlay her association with Chen into personal financial gain through "sales of Villas CDs" and her "high school paintings."
Shame on you, Mike.
So anon 8:30's comment about Mike Molovinsky being a trust fund slacker, stays.
And for additional rationale, I'll repeat the same rationale Mike used to justify himself, and Mike, how would you like this quote? Jammed down your throat (not a threat) or shoved up your ass :)

I support the concept of a Chen Arts Group. I also believe the House of Chen deserves attention and respect for their steadfast loyalty to downtown Allentown.
If the Chen Arts Group can provide a positive component to the current Allentown, GEEZ . .. let them have at it!

FYI, O'Hare & Molovinsky used to be proponents (like nearly everybody else is) of public funding for the arts. O'Hare has posted positively about it, pre-Chen. But then he flip-flopped 180 degrees w/ Chen and came out against it, and well in advance-- i.e., no one is seeking any grants that I know of. But even if we were, O'Hare used to be in favor of grants for the arts. Just not for Chen. I guess.
O'Hare also used to be a major voice of dissent and opposition re: The Morning Call.
But then he flip-flopped 180 degrees and became a consulting blogger for MC VP Glenn Kranzley.
But anyways, nice to see you commenting here, stop in again ...
I should not even bother to respond to his nonsense, but O'Hare continues to spew absolute lies about me regarding grants and my intentions with Chen Arts. He just makes stuff up, so does Gladys Buttinsky. I have never sought, nor do I intend to seek out grants, or to make money off of Chen Arts. I am a volunteer trying to improve the city I live in. If the city's Arts Commission can help us find a home, then that's great. Public funding for the arts helps everyone in the community, especially poor people who cannot afford admission to galleries or museums. It brings people together and aids economic development. It helps to get kids off the streets. These ignoramuses need to just butt out.

Readers, if you go cruising and looking for
"w/ " (which is fun and easy via your computer's "find" function) something you'll notice is that hardly anybody else uses it. It is a VERY distinctive (and tell tale) troll fingerprint.
When searching for evidence, don't confuse
w-slash ("w/") with w-slash-space ("w/ "). It is the space that makes O'Hare's tell tale troll fingerprint 99.9% unique to him and his alias "sock puppet" characters-- and this is why O'Hare keeps slitheringly referring to our smoking gun accusation as "w/" w-slash :) and not w-slash-space > "w/ "
O'Hare knows Mrs. Dottie caught him posting anonymously and lying about it.
A compelling defense for O'Hare would be for him to present numerous counter-examples of blog commenters (other than him and his accused alias characters) who have regularly used the w-slash-space ("w/ ") prior to Sunday, FEB 22.
So far, no examples have been forthcoming ... not a one ... even with a dozen "Stepford Boys" frantically searching in vain for them.

Your problem Bernie is that you have posted anon, you may not do it now, but you did when you were starting out, so how do you tell the difference?
You can't escape your past O'hare. You did it back in 2005, and you were doing it back in 2006.
You bragged about it more than once. But I suppose all those pain killers you take for your numerous injuries have not only clouded your judgement, but your memory.
Doesn't matter. You betrayed people you were representing more than 25 years ago. You betrayed the County employees, and you betrayed Bill Villa.
You always do what is best for Bernie, and explain it away later.
