Caffeinated DJ's Dana & Carl will be world premiering a brand new Villas song, "Someone To Hold On To," mixed and mastered by multi-platinum Grammy Award winner, Ed Stasium. All shows are archived (in a day or so) if you miss it live. Listen to the whole 3-hour show, Dana & Carl (and their song picks) are always great. This is how Rock 'n' Roll Radio should be.

WOW! What a cool duet! Give me more Villas!
Thanks, Suze. More's coming! And thanks LVS Readers, this was our blog's most visited Sunday ever ... ;D
Merci for tuning in, everybody!
Sorry I missed it! The url won't load at work, will try again later... CONGRATS! Hoping there will be more too :)
More is comin', thanks Dave! The archive of last night's show should be up in a day or so. Always fun hearing your songs on the radio. New Villas percussionist Gianni Villa sure got a big thrill out of it, although he was wringing his hands over the question of whether or not we need more cowbell.
Where may I puchase the Villas new CD?
Merci for asking, The Villas 3rd CD, "Fun Park USA" (like our first 2 CDs, "Secrets" and "Set For Life") will eventually be available at all the major online music retailers (Amazon, iTunes, CD Baby, etc.) and at The Villas website where sales of our first 2 CDs are still very brisk, have a look ...
Great clip of the Villas live at Mayfair 2010 ...
(really great) was there an interview segment w/ you Villas on last night's show?
You'll have to listen to the (archived) show ... ;D
In response to the nearly 100 emails we've received, inquiring ... last night's 11/14/10 "This is Rock 'n' Roll Radio" show should be accessible via Dana/Carl archives in a day or so, and they always send a post-show email listing all the songs they played which we will reprint here (exclusively, natch) at LVS. Thanks for the heavy interest!

:)
here's a link ...
That is a really nice article "Brother JT" wrote on you guys 'n' gal.
I'll tell you, that Santa Fe article really meant a lot to us, coming from someone as musically accomplished as Original Sins founder and front man, John Terlesky, who Angie and I both had respected (from afar) for many years, the guy is amazingly talented and really knows his music stuff.
So if I dig through your past, that's the kind of stuff I'll find...darn :)
Yep, "4-Star" stuff like that ...
Villas, "merci" for the advance CD-R I rec'd the other day, splendid material as always, all the best.
Cheers,
HTP
(almost forgot) here's moi ... (cheers)

Read Hugh Trevor Padgett's charming "Interview w/ The Villas," it starts on the V's music website homepage, see right sidebar "Interview" ...
Wow that IS a charming interview, I laughed, I cried, you touched me.
I was moved as well. Just saying.
Nice of you to say.
