By any chance, was Mr. Martin a year late in getting his paperwork in to the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals?
That's an excellent question I hope The Morning Call "newspaper" asks in a follow-up report. But whatever the timing, in any case, obviously, DA Jim Martin failed to persuade the court. This happens a lot w/ DA Jim Martin.
Look for DA Jim Martin and The Morning Call "newspaper" to team up and make bales and bales of political hay out of Jimbo's "crusade" to get this rapist back in prison where he belongs. Grandstanding for the TV cameras is Jim Martin's Only Skill but he dupes a lot of people w/ it. Don't be fooled.
Maybe Martin was late on this b/c he was hanging out at your new right (hiccup) sidebar (burp).

I've just read The Morning Call's account and you certainly have "cut to the chase" of this matter in your blog post. Very "dismaying" how this serial child rapist and his lawyers have run circles around total boob Jim Martin.

No doubt, and this will be like Cheney/Bush "keeping us safe from another terrorist attack" while ignoring that 9/11 happened on their ("watchful?") watch. Martin likely ignored all warnings that this child rapist was in a legal position to get freed, is my hunch, knowing Jim's lazy and sloppy M.O.
You can't keep an eye on about-to-be-freed rapists from Ye Olde Limeport Inn.

The Morning Call skips any relevant facts that Martin was to blame here. Villa credibility shines through again. No wonder no one will meet with you! THey're afraid!

I'd like to see a copy of the "appeal" submitted by DA Jim Martin, if there really is one. It could have been a frantic, last minute phone call. LVS is looking into this very serious failure on the part of crooked and incompetent DA Jim Martin.
