June 7 UpDate: LVS submitted some relevant questions to Pat Badolato "on the record" via email on June 1, see comments section. So far, curiously, no response from Pat ... we thought he wanted to talk (?) ... today, we phoned Eye in the Sky again inquiring about Pat's expressed willingness to talk w/ LVS, stay tuned ...

Email, Incoming, from EYE IN THE SKY owner, Pat Badolato.

Pat Badolato is the employer of the still un-named and still un-charged white bouncer/security guard who, un-authorized to be carrying a weapon, shot (multiple times) and killed aspiring black rap artist Michael Randolph over a month ago at the North End Republican club in Allentown, as was told to us by club President Robert E. Smith and as was reported on exclusively here at LVS ... inconvenient exposé facts that have been subsequently ignored by our crony-colluding local media for nearly a month.

While I appreciate Pat's outreach, I am a little leery, as you can read in my e-response to Pat, below his email.

Hi Pat, speaking over the phone would work ... I wouldn't want to give Villa Vendetta-sodden DA Jim Martin the opportunity to arrest me at Eye In The Sky on some phony trumped-up "harassment" charges which Jimbo has attempted before through a straw party attorney (for now) named David Najarian, unsuccessfully, as Morning Call "newspaper" "reporter" John Micek and his "editors" looked the other way.

What's a good number to phone you at?
