and because we deftly exposed some VERY clumsy legal jeopardy missteps O'Hare has made recently, namely:

* O'Hare published a threat about our home address that inadvertently (oopsie) revealed he may be stalking and staking out our residence ...
today B. O'Hare, um, shifts gears, and um, changes course, and MISDIRECTS YOUR ATTENTION away from Bill Villa and onto a NEW VICTIM AT THE TROLL PARADE BLOG.
This is part legal maneuver too.
See this way, O'Hare can tell the judge he wasn't 2709 A 3 criminally harassing "troll" Bill Villa ... exclusively.
No, Your Honor.
He was only doing his self-appointed job of policing our local blogosphere and punishing and harassing ALL bloggers whose content he does not approve of.
And I'm sure the judge will be fine with this ... eh?

I tried commenting at his "other" blog yesterday for the first time in months. I was trying to be funny (and sarcastic) about how O'Hare was redirecting all the praise comments (that he was self-penning) onto other "more deserving" people he has hypnotized (Donovan, Armstrong, Varkony, etc). I made a crack about how he should be canonized a saint. O'Hare muzzled my very mild dissent by deleting my comment. Thanks O'Hare, I won't be back any time soon....
And you're not going to get rid of me either tool.
You're such a hypocrite - you claim that you are muzzled, then you muzzle others while having running conversations with yourself.
And I'm not Bernie (nor am I Dave, or AJ, or Molovinsky, or anyone else you'd want me to be).

Mr. Villa, if O'Hare is found guilty of summary harassment of you and your grieving family for his and attorney (for now) Najarian's "Troll Parade" blog, could he really be sentenced to serve some jail time?

I'm glad someone else recognized the "irony" of the Tool's comments here. I have been wanting to note the same irony but did not, certain the Tool won't appreciate (as in understand) the comment.
Meanwhile, Tool, keep yelping that you are not so-and-so and keep giggling that you are not that other person either, and keep missing the point and keep acting like (and here's the irony) a tool.
It's desperation.
"The Tool" knows he's screwed.
And that he screwed hisself.
And that I out-smarted him.

Funny how the Tool (O'Hare) has switched gears lately and is re-born again as an "investigative reporter blogger" after being simply a "harassing criminal" for the past few weeks. Probably has something to do with being dumped by Kranzley.
No amount of gear shifting and lying will keep O'Hare out of jail. I am focused on this like a laser beam.
