Your new sidebar is very sobering. It's hard to believe (but its true so I believe it) that people can be so easily duped by someone as easy to see through as O'Hare is (but Kranzley, Najarian, Morganelli, Donovan and others are loyal followers) and that he can get away with (so far) such outright deceit and deception against a good family that he is for whatever reason trying to ruin. And anyone who publicly leans your way (like that Lehigh professor) gets stomped on by his army of anonymous storm troopers like "The Banker" or that strange catholic priest who both somehow have time (?) to cruise the blogs all day and all night riding shotgun with O'Hare. The whole situation is very sobering and very creepy.
Tell me about it. FYI, City Council VP Donovan has been emailing me in a nearly harassing manner. He says everything here is "dribble" (I think he meant to say "drivel"). It's sobering to me that Allentown's City Council VP (for now) and a Cedar Crest College professor would misuse such a common English word, but more importantly, not be swayed in the least by all the compelling facts at our new right sidebar. It reminds me of the stubborn "resoluteness" of George W. Bush. And Glenn Kranzley.
Readers, our newly installed *district court-approved Sitemeter(R) says that we (that is, you) have just broken our blog's record for most visitors in a single day and it's only 10:00am ;D

For me, one of the most telling pieces of information on your mesmerizing and yes sobering sidebar is this item.
While you Villas are truly interested in bettering your community, and part of that is ridding it of many of the the bad guys in power (see sidebar) other bloggers like Mike Molovinski "in all do respect," just have their heads up their asses for us all to marvel at.

My Take...
As despicable as that "Troll Parade" blog is, you probably didn't have anything legally actionable vs. O'Hare until he called in some favors (this is blatantly obvious) and Manipulated NorCo against you.
This was a huge miscalculation on O'Hare's part, and, especially, on NorCo DA John Morganelli's part.
I am certain you can "redeem" this one on appeal and really put a hurtin' on both of these jokers.
And that's your forum, a courtroom, not to say that you both don't do an excellent job here in exposing O'Hare, you do, but you can't really put a significant and long-lasting hurt on him here in blogistan, and I'm sure that's your intention. You can, in court.
I would also try to stick this one which is nearly as blatantly apparent, although maybe not as easy to prove (beyond all reasonable doubt) in court as easily as will be blowing O'Hare's "harassment farce" out of the muddied waters and into the harsh light of day.
And please don't get me wrong, I love the new sidebar.

I am certain that "The Banker" is O'Hare (and it's not just intuition). This is on the basis of having read his comments over a two year period of time. It is also on the basis of his admissions to me and to others. He actually uses quite a few pseudonyms.
O'Hare denies posting anonymously, ever, not even once, he swears. But it should be noted that O'Hare is a disgraced ex-lawyer who is barred from practicing law because of dishonest behavior and damaging lying so outrageous ... O'Hare never applied for reinstatement because he knows they'd never reinstate him. In spite of this, there are still easily duped people out there (Donovan, Varkony, Molovinsky, that strange Catholic priest, Easton Mayor Sal Panto, etc.) who believe every word O'Hare says, it's spooky ...
I'm shocked that Dave Najarian was taken in by O'Hare. But even more shocking is that his troll website "creation" is still up there.
"Lynn Resident," we continue to be shocked by the ongoing recklessness of attorney (for now) David C. Najarian (Lynn Township Supervisor) too.
At the Najarian/O'Hare co-created "Troll" blog, in addition to publishing taunts and provocations towards the grieving Villa family, they also publish vile comments defiling our deceased daughter Sheena. And in what may be their most reckless act, they publicly discussed (at their "Troll" blog) sabotaging our recently resolved civil litigation. Those menacing comments remain "proudly" up there at their "Troll" blog. And, for now, Dave Najarian remains an attorney ...
No surprise then that O'Hare isn't an attorney anymore and never will be one ever again.
