It's a SHAME (literally) that "Professor" (for now) Donovan chose to NOT DELETE Chris Casey's anti-villas sadism vile back in March (and in April, May, and June) at Donovan's blog...
like Professor Pooley had the smarts to do (right away) in July.

The moniker "Rudeass" which the anon. commenter on Pooley's blog used to refer to an incarcerated kiddie-porn collector is one that has been used to refer (unfairly and quite cruelly, I believe) to a figure often seen working at the Norco Courthouse. So I suspect the anon. commentator is a Norco-Court insider. Which make sense if you think about it. The more inmportant point is there are idiots out there who are convinced that any opinions contrary to the unholy alliance must belong to Bill Villa.

There was nothing unfair or cruel about mentioning the Rudas case. His crime was recent, disgusting, and received considerable attention in the local press. Rudas is a disbarred former attorney who deceived his clients.
