But on the subject of subpoenas, you can help, and here's how.
Email us the real names and mailing addresses of any of the cowardly anons out there who you may know who they are, and where they live-- this will save our people the time and trouble of finding them all out eventually anyway.
For our Libel Count III, anyone who has fanned the blogosphere flames that were set by O'Hare on the subjects of me either being a "convicted criminal" or "sick/needs help" is relevant and culpable as a witness regarding defamation.
So if anyone wants to rat out the real name(s) and mailing addresses of The Third Baseman, "RS," Monkey Momma, LVCI, Volvo Driving Soccer Mom, Eckville Press, The Banker, or Alfonso Todd, there's a CASH REWARD in it for you.
Michael Donovan's home address we already know. I know this lawsuit was a long time in the making and I can't believe the endurance of you two, sacrificing yourselves the way you have, to rid our community of vermin like O'hare and Martin. I have no doubt that you will prevail and make it 14-0, 15-0, 16-0, and as many victories as you want to compile. Bill and Angie, does the Disciplinary Board, PA Supreme Court know about your lawsuit vs O'Hare, and do they know about O'Hare and Najarian publicly threatening to sabotage Sheena's wrongful death litigation?
The reason I ask is because O'Hare stated recently at his once-popular blog that some area judges were actually encouraging him to apply for reinstatement as a lawyer. In light of O'Hare's sadistically cruel behavior that triggered your lawsuit against him, AND his public threatening to do to your family exactly what he was disbarred FOR (i.e., intentionally sabotaging lawsuits), I would think that the odds of O'Hare becoming a lawyer again, and Dave Najarian remaining one, are about as good as "Father" Alex Joseph ever becoming a priest.....or Mike Donovan staying on City Council.....IMHO.

But just like how there's really no explaining why Fox News has more viewers than MSNBC, there's no explaining how or why anyone would still be duped by O'Hare. Somebody posted a comment here recently that, sadly, hits the nail on the head on this issue. The commenter said (and I'm paraphrasing) ... "many people are fans of sadistic evil. They actually prefer it, over good."
