The two "men" are publicly threatening to sabotage the wrongful death litigation of my daughter Sheena.
Not coincidentally, O'Hare was disbarred in 1986 for sabotaging his own African American client's civil rights litigation "with evil intent" [see our right sidebar item, "The Ugly Truth About Bernie O'Hare"].
Sadly, some people never learn their lesson ... but it's not every day that they publish this fact for all to see.

BTW (FYI: Dave Erdman), we're thinking the Judge and Jury may find this passage from Dave Najarian's miserably unsuccessful "criminal" (wink wink) complaint against me very interesting and highly relevant:

If this is true, and they actually did attempt to interfere with your legal rights, you really need to report it to the PA Supreme Ct.'s Disciplinary Board. Najarian should know better, and O'Hare could go from being suspended to disbarred.

In the O'Hare/Najarian Troll Parade blog exchange, O'Hare is clearly (and publicly) threatening to sabotage Sheena's wrongful death litigation. There's no question about that.
Considering that O'Hare was disbarred for following-through and in fact sabotaging his own African American client's civil (rights) litigation, we would imagine that publicly threatening to do the exact same thing to another innocent/aggrieved party would not be looked upon favorably by the Disciplinary Board of the PA Supreme Court ... if they had any interest in O'Hare which they likely do not-- they'd never reinstate him, because of O'Hare's sabotaging of Lucille White's wrongful death litigation ... so it's more accurate to describe O'Hare as being "disbarred" than suspended because it's a permanent, lifetime suspension.
Beyond veiled/implied, explicit (and public) threats to sabotage Sheena's wrongful death litigation, did O'Hare and/or Najarian take any steps to further O'Hare's publicly stated goal? We don't know. We'll need a thorough investigation for that.
