The combination of Rick Daugherty Chairing the party and O'Hare doing the "public relations" resulted in Lehigh County's (formerly) most popular Democrat [Don Cunning-Ham] just barely avoiding the unemployment line last November. Breathtaking was this, in its stupifying display of incompetence. Heck, there's no telling what Team Daugherty/O'Hare is capable of accomplishing together in the future.

Mike Sclossberg has introduced a bill to ban hand-held cell phone use by vehicle drivers in Allentown, even though state courts have held that local municipal bans are unenforceable because they conflict with he state law. Nice move by the Democrat, usurp people's rights even if the law is not legal or enforceable. But whaddya want from a shameless publicity whore, after all, it'll give him some headlines.
I know Rick Daugherty is much too busy (what w/ aerobics, pilates, and losing to Republicans) to be reading blogs, but FYI, here's Allentown City Council Vice President and "Democrat" (wink wink) Michael Donovan hosting a blog that's enabling and encouraging taunting provocations of the Villas.

The possible Million Dollar Highway Phony Will potential Conspiracy needs to be investigated. What we know. The Registrar of Northampton County Dorothy Cole found that Ron Angle filed and tried to have approved a phony Will. We know that Sharon typed the Will and that Sharon and Ron, Jr., witnessed the Will. The conspiracy, forgery and perjury need to be investigated. In addition, is the Will still in existence ? Did Angle destroy the Will ? What possible role did Bernie O'Hare play in the possible cover up of the potential conspiracy ?
We here at LVS couldn't agree more and if NorCo DA (for now) John Morganelli wants to demonstrate that he's no longer an O'Hare-Duped Dunce as he most definitely was until this here case :) which seemed to be a real "eye-opener" for John, he'll bring charges against the NorCo Bullshitter.

You spotlighted this case in a comment thread here last week, and then this week the case magically finally resolves after 2 YEARS. Coincidence? I think not. Keep up the EXCELLENT WORK.

MR. Villa. O'Hare has been known to commit crimes of falsehood in the past. My guess is that he is going to lie during your lawsuit. He will calculate, and maybe correctly, that your withering criticism of that hack Martin will prevent him from being investigated and prosecuted for lying. However, Judges really don't like it when you lie in cases before them. If you get credible evidence, the Judge may refer him for prosecution.

We're positive O'Hare will lie in court, that's what O'Hare does. Our only dilemma w/ gathering credible evidence against O'Hare will be finding enough people to help us carry it all in to the courtroom (and we know Mike Donovan won't help us). Re: the judge referring O'Hare for prosecution, that's a good bet, and by the time this case resolves, despite the best efforts of Rick Daugherty to keep him in power, Jim Martin likely won't be DA anymore and it'll be open season on O'Hare w/ our frisky new DA. Remember where you heard it first.

I read where Donovan says he supprted the illegal and unenforceable cell phone ban in Allentown because "It meant a lot" to Schlossberg.
Sound reasoning there, "lawmaker" Donovan.
I was speaking to an Allentown police officer this week, who said patrol officers are busy, non-stop, during their shifts and leave their shifts with citizen calls "backed up." The cop says no way is anyone on that overworked police department going to write these tickets.
It's all for show. And shows just how little Donovan and the other idiots on council know about their city or its public safety.
