My Take...
I'm not surprised by the venomous and sadistic cruelty that has been cyber-gang-applied to Bill and Angie Villa for their "sin" of speaking truth to power and exposing the dark side around here. This small cyber gang of sadistic blogger bullies of course learned quickly, back when "Valley Blogosphere" was instituted by BV Muzzler/Sadist #1 Glenn Kranzley, that doing the crooked and powerful's dirty work for them, and "paying back" the Villas for their outspokenness against DA Jim Martin and the Morning Call would earn them pally access and minor privilege and faux celebrity w/ the tools of the agenda framers and gatekeepers, i.e., puppets like Bill White and Jarrett Renshaw and John Micek. It's all about power w/ these blogger assholes, wanting power, wielding power, and mostly, getting to abuse power w/ impunity like the big boys. Hysterically, this cyber gang that can't shoot straight frequently can't get "abuse of power" right even w/ DA Jim Martin and Tom Corbett on their team: Oopsie. And what's really, really cool is watching the Villas' brainpower outmaneuver the power corrupt at every turn. It's a beautiful thing to witness, and the Villas make it look so easy, but it isn't. The Allentown community owes the Villas a huge debt of gratitude for their civic-minded courage and awesome articulation skills. Sadly, there are none so blind as those who will not see.
