9/22 UpDate: Morning Call/Bill White's skittish response ...
Morning Call "newspaper" "reporter" Jarrett Renshaw has been present at all 6 of the Allentown City Council meetings I've spoken at since June 16.
But curiously, "Renshaw" and The Morning Call "newspaper" haven't published one word about any of my 6 emotionally charged appearances at City Council, and that's surprising.
Recently, my twice-monthly speaking engagements at City Council have been causing quite a newsworthy ruckus. On 9/15, I was ejected by the Allentown Police and on 9/9 I was physically assaulted by Council President Mike D'Amore. As a result, WFMZ-TV 69 News has been attending every City Council meeting too, because of me.
So far, 69 News has broadcast three (3), excellent and courageous reports informing Allentonians about what's going on, and 69 News has also done a ton of background research on the "story behind the story" here involving Lehigh County DA Jim Martin.
FYI: "Renshaw" always sits in the back of the room at City Council ... right next to Democratic Committee "man" from Trexlertown, Chris Casey, the blogger who posted 50% of the cruel and libelous comments cyber-terrorizing the Villa family at "W" Mike Donovan's blog all of March 2010, w/ Donovan's encouragement.

The "press," and the perpetrator sit side by side, proudly and publicly allied at City Council meetings, a
s the 7 scofflaw City Council cockroaches hissingly welcome them both, warmly, every meeting, as they give me icy dagger stares and summon the Police. Go figure. Only in Allentown.
Readers, it will be interesting to see if Muhlenberg College professor and helpful blog post "caller-outer" Jeff Pooley PhD will "call out" this blog post of ours on "69 News v. The Morning Call" and the "W" Mike Donovan "Free Speech" issue, since we are so deftly exposing corruption and collusion involving Allentown's only "newspaper" and our local blogosphere. Doctor/Blogger Pooley teaches courses on "media and communication" at Muhlenberg College (for now) and he should have a keen interest in all this. Truth is, Professor Pooley should be outspokenly outraged over all this.
BTW, we believe Dr. Pooley will have the "astute analysis" department all to hisself on this one as we don't anticipate him being "scooped" by anyone else in our local blogosphere. Just sayin'.
For admirably detail-oriented wonks interested in researching the truth (but too pissy pants pusillanimous to report on it), this isn't the first time The Morning Call "newspaper" has purposefully concealed the truth about "W" Mike Donovan while 69 News courageously told the truth about "W" Mike.

Has anyone ever told the Allentown City Council that when they are in a hole DON'T DIG. It appears that they seem to have their own interest at the forefront rather then the city residence.

I was really startled to see Team Donovan/Casey cyber gang member "Bill Stauffer" addressing City Council and giving out his home address in a You Tube video last week where he was whining about some potted plants that disappeared from his front porch. Stauffer was actually taunting the city's "criminals" (probably teenagers) while announcing his home address! They don't call them "Duped Dunces" for nothing!
:) we're not exactly talkin' "Brain Trust" w/ Team Donovan/Casey and their duped dunce allies.
I find it curious that none of Bill Villa's City Council speeches have been posted at You Tube...I bet they've all been "flip-cammed" by Team Donovan|Casey. And here I thought our local bloggers were all for "transparency in government" (?)
Also, if Bill were "nutz" as they all bray, wouldn't those videos provide compelling proof of that?

The Morning Call is worthless. Their news stories are about nameless sex offenders and acts of idiocracy - "Nearly naked student floods basement".
The real local news will never appear since it might involve one of their advertising accounts.
You will never see anything of an investigative nature (negative) about the local hospitals, for example. So you can understand why gadfly health reporters were the first to go.
Can you imagine someone found dead with some relationship to one of these hospitals and nothing ever is stated about in the paper? True and alarming!
Renshaw will only do the "safe investigative" reports. I am sure his bosses remind him daily "he still has a job" in this economy.
As far as his buddy Casey is concerned, he is a legend in his own mind. Very sophomoric style of writing that is inherently self indulgent and of course self serving.

I love that story ...
The Morning Call shouldn't just dismiss this story. Why so dismissive? It comes off like they don't want the truth to get out (they don't want Bill to have his say, also they're lazy) so they just dismiss it before anyone has to deal w/ the truth. I can see where just continuing to tell the truth will eventually wear everyone down.

BTW, the City Solicitor has denied my "Right To Know" request regarding the rulings and opinions rendered by the City Solicitor that enabled City Council President (for now) Mike D'Amore and the cops to muzzle & eject me from City Council on 9/15.
Obviously, the City Solicitor has something to hide, and he can run, but he can't hide for long.

Another Related Story
The above newspaper story states that the Killer's "supporters" at sentencing told the judge the Killer had stopped drinking after the accident and was seeking help for his alcohol problem. Was that here in Allentown or on vacation at the island resort he went to when he jumped bail before his sentencing?

Excellent question, 5:05, and sorry your comment got caught in our spam catcher for some reason (dunno why that happens sometimes).
The AWOL Belize Vacation that Sheena's killer was allowed to take, while on bail for homicide, was highly unusual ... but ... was of no interest whatsoever to The Morning Call "newspaper." They refused to report on it. More on this in an upcoming post on the long list of things the "newspaper" looked the other way on, regarding Sheena's case.
I find it hard to believe that Sheena's killer didn't have a few (or a lot of) drinks while sunning himself in Belize, 5 months after killing Sheena, but I hope for society's sake, and his, that he has since addressed his admitted problems w/ alcohol.
Otherwise, after he gets out, he'll likely end up back in prison, and next time, maybe it'll be for the 12.5 to 25 years he should have been sentenced to serve for committing third degree murder against Sheena.
