Deliver Us From Allied Evil

Read May 27, 2013 Post UpDate

Readers, this shameful hypocrite Alex Joseph is allegedly studying to become a Catholic Priest. When he should be studying scripture, he's instead gleefully helping "Team O'Hare" emotionally torture and provoke our grief-stricken Villa family by joining in the Team O'Hare tactic of posting countless sadistically cruel and deceitfully false and provoking statements towards us at the participating allied blogs of Cedar Crest College "Ethics" Professor and Allentown City Council Vice President Michael Donovan, Bernie O'Hare, Mike Molovinsky, Lynn Township Supervisor David Najarian, Alfonso Todd, Pam Varkony, Chris Casey, Joe Hilliard, The Morning Call Forum/Troll Parade blog and others.

If we defend ourselves and our deceased and defenseless daughter Sheena against this cyber intimidation gang that includes "Father" Alex Joseph, Team O'Hare arranges to have bogus criminal "harassment" charges filed against us.

Recently, criminal courts in Lehigh and Northampton counties have both ruled swiftly and decisively against Team O'Hare and in our favor.

But their evil, allied, and sanctioned provoking of us continues (see vile comment below).

It is our hope and prayer that Catholic Seminarian and rabidly (and curiously) fervent O'Hare follower and acolyte "Father" Alex Joseph gets the intensive psychiatric help he needs for his obviously profound internet blogging/lying addiction and sadism streak. And he should never be ordained as a Catholic priest ... God help us.

Readers, this sadistically cruel and vile comment was posted and published at our blog by an "anonymous" member of Team O'Hare on Friday to provoke us, in the aftermath of our most recent courtroom victory ...

Anonymous said...You are one sick Mother. What do you do,keep your daughter's dead body in the basement so you can whore it around like a trophy? You oughta call this the How I whore my dead daughter blog. I bet you masterbate on her everytime you mention the name of one of your enemies. You and your wife are two of the sickest fucks I have ever read. Get some help. Fri Jan 08, 02:59:00 PM 2010
UpDate: this related comment was posted and signed by Chris Casey at LV Ramblings on Friday, January 15, 2010, 9:53am ...
"I am disappointed to see the last bastion of no moderation of comments has fallen. Villa must be celebrating in his basement."
Note: Only a total psycho buffoon like Chris Casey would subliminally "confess" to having posted that awful anonymous "basement" comment about Sheena here at LVS...via using the exact same language of evil in a signed comment elsewhere. And if Chris didn't author it, he is endorsing it, by referencing it. He is also, quite obviously, referencing the vile comment to provoke us, by way of pushing the cruelest "hot button" he can find, the death of our daughter.

Bill Villa Cleared of Bernie O'Hare's Bogus "Harassment" Charges

It took Northampton County Court of Common Pleas Judge Stephen G. Baratta approximately 20 seconds this morning to toss Bernie O'Hare's phony "harassment" charges against me (left), thus reversing and overturning the shameful mockery of justice in Wind Gap that was rigged against me last May by O'Hare and crony-crooked District Magistrate (for now) Adrianne L. Masut.

O'Hare, knowing he had no chance of prevailing against me and my sharp lawyer ... and not wanting his many NorCo Courthouse cronies to witness his imminent ass-kicking ... was a no-show on purpose. Yep. The O'Hare brand of savvy "legal acumen" (wink wink) strikes again. And sadly, for the second time in as many months, another local bully got his ass whupped in court, liberally, by yours truly, moi. Who's next? Stay tuned.

By far the best line of the 20-second legal massacre belonged to Judge Baratta who, in quizzically noting O'Hare's curious absence from the NorCo Courthouse comically quipped, "Is this the title searcher Bernie O'Hare? Why he's in here all the time!"

Actually, O'Hare was lurking in the building, as was his tragically-duped seminarian acolyte and lapdog, Alex Joseph, who we caught peeking into Judge Baratta's Courtroom #6.

Dear Readers, I had the extreme pleasure of intercepting "Father Alex," introducing myself to him, shaking his hand from an up-close and personal proximity easily close enough for a concussion-inducing head-butt (had I opted for one), and telling "Father Alex," to his bloated face, that he's "a piece of shit who will burn in hell." Somewhere, God was musing, "I second that."

As "Father Alex" went waddling and wimpering down the hall, here came O'Hare (!) waddling towards us and saying that he "thought the trial was tomorrow!" (wink wink). O'Hare then proceeded to try provoking me (again) in front of a gathering crowd of his NorCo Courthouse cronies, hoping to Christ that I'd break his jaw in nine different places right there in the NorCo Courthouse-- this being O'Hare's only shot at "winning."

"You're a criminal harasser!!!" O'Hare brayed at me for the benefit of his duped audience.

To which I calmly replied, "not anymore, I'm not."

Thank you for clearing my good name, Judge Baratta, by reversing, overturning, and dismissing all the phony charges against me.

Readers, everything in Bernie O'Hare's totally bogus, private "criminal" (wink wink) complaint against me was either a gross misrepresentation or a flat-out lie (we can prove it), and it's against the law to lie on a sworn affidavit-- even if you're an already disbarred and disgraced "lawyer" like O'Hare is.

Stay tuned, as we now switch from winning defense to winning offense and go after evil sadist hate blogger Bernie O'Hare (legally) w/ both barrels.

2009 Year in Review

January 1, 2010 marks the 2-year anniversary of Pennsylvania's Most Influential Political Blog in Liberal Influence most weeks, us, Lehigh Valley Somebody.

If you're a regular reader in our obstructionist, GOPee-dominated local blogosphere, you know that LVS is the only liberal political blog in the Lehigh Valley and this fact either delights you or has you rolling around on the floor and foaming at the mouth.

2009 was business as usual for LVS and our business is SPEAKING TRUTH TO POWER, and yelling it, really, whether you wanna hear it or not-- because somebody's gotta yell the truth until the majority hears it and does something about it at the ballot box or the back door.

Our humble efforts garnered a small token of justice in '09, and a stunning, "against all odds" victory, but we also got blatantly screwed in court, too. We trust the shameful "Wind Gap" mockery of justice that was perpetrated on us in May 2009 will be reversed on appeal by the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas in January 2010. If not, we'll be appealing next to the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Just sayin'.

It was a bad year for bad guys at LVS.

We caught crooked and incompetent Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin repeatedly (hiccup) stumble-bumming and screwing up in plain sight of our enabling "Watchdog" (wink wink) local media--

... but looking on the bright side Glenn Kranzley got fired.

In 2009, LVS exposed The Ugly Truth about evil sadist Bernie O'Hare ...

... and we posed the excellent questions Why is Bernie O'Hare Defiling Sheena Villa? And What's it to you? And we made great strides in opening people's eyes to crooked cronyism, and allied evil, despite outrageous and futile attempts to shut us up.

But sadly, as we commence 2010, there are still far too many O'Hare-Duped Dunces like Tony Iannelli out there for our taste, so know that we're working diligently to rectify all these situations. Some (nearly) take care of themselves.

In '09, LVS helped elect a cool new President and reelect a great Mayor.

Our New York Yankees won the World Series for the 27th time ... and in 6 games, precisely as we predicted they would.

We lost a bandmate and pal in 2009.

And we proudly brought you our uniquely LVS brand of liberalism on local and national issues and the arts and education-- a point of view you just don't find anywhere else in our NeoCon Local Blah-Gas-Smear.

Here's a small sampling of our Best Of 2009, humbly restricting ourselves to just one (1) post pick per month which was really difficult:

Op Ed Pawlowski

Esteemed 2-term (so far, and counting) Allentown Mayor Ed Pawlowski (left, being congratulated by President Obama recently) was reelected this past November w/ a whopping 74% popular vote mandate majority landslide tsunami wipe-out victory.

Mayor (for life?) Pawlowski had a terrific OpEd piece in The Morning Call "newspaper" recently, here it is ...

Mayor Ed Pawlowski - Despite challenges, there's a "light shining on Allentown"

December 27, 2009

Albert Einstein once commented that in the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity. When reflecting upon this past year and the year ahead, this statement has profound truth.

This was no ordinary year, 2009 began and continued under the cloud of a sluggish economy and we confronted one of the greatest economic crises this country has seen in almost 70 years.

I recently talked with a family who told me how tough it has become for them to put food on the table. I sat with construction workers who voiced real concern about their prospects for jobs, and I ate lunch with small business owners who told me how their sales were down and expenses up. I understand how they feel.

Like many of you, the city in 2009 tightened its belt and began to decrease its spending levels to compensate for lower revenues. As a result, we now have the lowest staff level in almost 20 years while maintaining and even expanding core city services. We have learned to do more with less while at the same time improving our communities and quality of life.

This was no ordinary year, but Allentown is no ordinary city, and by working together, we have overcome many challenges.

Even in this tough economic climate, Allentown has turned difficulty into opportunity and there are many reasons to have faith in our city. Right now, through diligent planning and a reduction in the size of government, Allentown residents are seeing their fifth straight year of no property tax increases and our city's total debt is at the lowest level in 10 years. We have hired nine new police officers, improved our parks and aggressively tackled blight in our communities. The city has also seen the opening and announcement of four new downtown restaurants, the sale of the Americus Hotel, the reuse of the Mack Headquarters, the attraction of new industrial employers, the opening of 14 new businesses on Seventh Street and the beginning of a redevelopment effort along our riverfront, which upon completion will ultimately bring minor league hockey to the region and help make Allentown the center of activity in the Lehigh Valley.

The entire region benefits from a strong Allentown. When we work as partners, we weave the fabric of the city and the region together. It is this fabric that will help us not only weather this economic storm, but lead our city and region to new heights.

Make no mistake: As we march into 2010 we will face a host of challenges, from continued budgetary constraints, to the urgent need to increase quality jobs that pay a living wage, to rebuilding our neighborhoods and increasing home ownership. Yet, even through this murkiness of economic uncertainty, there is a light shining on Allentown. President Obama's recent visit put a spotlight on our city and for a brief moment people across the country looked to Allentown for inspiration. They looked to us for reassurance and for leadership, and it's through strong leadership that we will emerge from these challenging times on solid footing.

For us to be successful, we will need to continue to have a bold vision for our city -- a city of strong neighborhoods and unlimited opportunity. We already have made important gains on that vision by working together, staying focused on our goals and maximizing every resource. The tough economy we currently face may slow our advance, but we will not be stopped.

Our commitment to each other has made Allentown the region's center of diversity and culture, of tolerance and inclusion, and will ultimately make it the center of innovation and forward thinking.

It has been said, when we dare to dream and are willing to work together, our greatest hopes will rise above any walls of uncertainty and doubt. Time after time, we have found new ways to work together unselfishly. Today is such a time. Today, we must renew our core principles. We have to work together to move our city forward.

Allentown's best days are ahead of us. I pledge to you that I will continue to work tirelessly to make our city great during 2010 and in the years ahead.

Ed Pawlowski is the mayor of Allentown. He starts his second term in January.

Email from President Obama

On Dec 24, 2009, at 11:44:27 AM, President Barack Obama wrote:

Bill & Angie--

Although it's Christmas Eve, I wanted to share some exciting news: The Senate just passed a historic health reform bill.

In all the back and forth, it's easy to lose sight of what this incredible breakthrough really means. But consider this: This Christmas, there are millions of Americans without health insurance who risk losing everything if they get sick.

There are mothers and fathers who wonder how they'll provide for their children because an illness has wiped out their savings. There are small business owners who worry that they'll have to lay off a long-time employee because the cost of insurance is rapidly rising.

If we finish the job, all this can change. We will have beaten back the special interests who have for so long perpetuated the status quo. We will have enacted the most important piece of social policy since the Social Security Act in the 1930s, and the most important health reform since Medicare in the 1960s.

In Decembers to come, millions more will have access to affordable coverage. Parents will have the security and stability of knowing their insurance can't be revoked at a moment's notice. And the skyrocketing costs plaguing our small businesses will be brought under control.

When you make calls, write letters, organize, this is the change you're making -- a better life for your family and for men and women in every state.

There is still more to do before I can sign reform into law -- a last round of negotiations and final votes in the Senate and the House -- and I'm counting on your help every step of the way. But for now, I hope that as you celebrate this holiday season, you remember that the work you are doing is making our union more perfect, one step at a time. For that, I am grateful to you.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays,

President Barack Obama

P.S. -- Organizing for America supporters are signing a note of appreciation to all the senators who have worked so hard to make this possible. I hope you'll join them:
